You can return any item purchased on the LEONFLAX.COM website for any reason within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. For all online or telephone orders, the date of shipment of the product is the date of purchase. Refunds for unopened items will be made in the same original payment method, with one exception. Online and phone orders placed with PayPal will be refunded via merchandise credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Leonflax.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.

 

Return by mail:

We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase is made. For this purpose, you must return the article and receipt to our Returns Department. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
